Raydio is an Original Character of mine that i've been hiding away. He's my little scenster whore. 
The colored pic on the left is the main reference. I kinda like him better in black and white. :/
The sketch on the right is a good ref of him.
The chibi at the bottom is just adorkable. This is Raydio's reaction if he ever got a pony x3
Name: Raydio Nelle [pronounced Radio Neh-L]
Age: Around 18
Height: 5' 9"
Hair color: White with black tips and a green streak
Eyes: Right is white and left is black
Species: He has no clue (and neither do i) but he has horns and light blue skin so he's not human
Sexual Orientation: It's a mystery to the world
Favorite food: Any candy that is bright and colorful.
Favorite Drink: Mountain dew. If he drinks to much, he tends to become kind of drunk.
Special Markings: One-eared radio headphone, 3 Tattoos on left arm, two small horns on head, pale blue skin, he filed down his teeth to look sharp, very skinny
Bio: Raydio is a very, very strange guy. He sometimes has outbursts and gets way too excited over small things sometimes. He's pretty forgetful sometimes. He loooooooves music, especially Lady Gaga. He's insane. He likes dancing. He claims someone 'stole' the sleeves to his favorite gray-checkered shirt, which is sleeveless. His BFF is Shane.
Family: He has a sister named Payper. The pink boot belongs to her, and he plans to give it back. As soon as he can find her.... And he'd love to meet his mother, maybe she can tell him what the heck he is. xD
